Mother's Day
Mother’s Day is coming up and I thought it would be a good time to ask if the Fishs Eddy team can think of anything special, annoying, especially annoying, memorable, or funny that their moms say to them, often 🤭.
I personally can answer all of the above-but what’s even more interesting (or scary) is asking my own offspring, Ben & Susie, what they hear out of my mouth 😨. Considering Susie is actually trying to build an entire comedy career out of just that, (you’re welcome Susie) I have to assume that I am one embarrassingly, cringy mama!

Still, like any mom my love is fierce and in my defense I only tried to return them to the hospital once, because I heard that’s a thing, and anyway it turns out they don’t take teenagers back.
Little Sister Dena: “Every time I did something trivial like spill a glass of milk, mom would scream DAMNIT! Like I just totaled the family car or something!

Dayna our social media gal: “My mom used to say, ‘I’m going to throw a brick at you!’” (Ok, I’m assuming this woman said it with love because Dayna seems to be just fine now)

Francis: My mom always likes to change the lyrics to a song. “Summer breeze…makes me feel” by Seals and Croft - is now “sour cream…makes me feel fine” by my mother!

Ari: Kept it simple, and what did his mom say to him? "Pull up your pants!"

Sam: Mom never drank yahoo at home - but the second they got in the car to go on a road trip she whipped out a yahoo. Apparently, this is a tradition passed down from Sam's grandmother - yahoo plus road trip equals, good road trip 😂 Sam broke this tradition. She drinks a beer.
